Yes, we will have a member of our maintenance team on call after office hours. For emergency work orders after office hours please contact concierge at 704.333.2533 so they can contact maintenance. All other work orders can be submitted on The Vue Charlotte on 5th Elevated Living app.
You’re welcome to park anywhere there is not a reserved parking sign. If you’d like to reserve a parking spot in our parking deck, please contact the leasing office at 704 374.0089.
Visitor parking is located in our 5th Street parking deck. It is the first level of the parking deck before entering the resident gate. Written Reliant passes are accessible to all residents. Concierge requires resident approval to use one of their 14-a-month passes.
Yes, we have bellman carts available. We also have shopping carts available when visiting the grocery store. Carts should be checked out through the concierge.
Freight elevator access must always be coordinated through Concierge. Residents can reserve the freight elevator in the following time slots:
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

For access to enter a unit: Permission from the resident must always be in writing. Guest lists are available through The Vue Charlotte on 5th Elevated Living app.
There are trash chutes on each residential floor for trash ONLY. Our recycling center is located on P1 and is for mixed recycling items. Cardboard MUST be broken down and taken out to the loading dock area by P1 and placed in the blue bins by the dumpsters. Do not put cardboard in the trash chutes.
Yes, we have storage units on floors 2 and 3. Please contact the leasing office for details at 704.374.0089.
We also have bike storage, located on level 1 in the visitor’s lot, this is accessible with your fob. There are bike racks located on the first level of the gated parking deck on 5th street.
The Fitness Centers, on floors 3 and 8 are 24/7.
The pool deck is open from 8am-10pm. The swimming pool is open seasonally.
The Spa is open from 5:30am-midnight.
The Sky Lounge is open from 8am – 11pm weekdays and 8am – midnight weekends.
The Golf Simulator is open from 10am till 10:00pm (based on the app’s time frames to reserve).
The Game Room is open 9am till 10:00pm.
Wi-Fi can be accessed on level 8 in the clubhouse and in the Sky Lounge on 50th. No log in for Wi-Fi: VueGuest is an open network.
Yes. We do allow residents to make some modifications to their home.
For example, you are welcome to paint (the walls will need to be primed back upon move-out). You may also hang heavier items such as TVs or artwork.
Please note that modifications cannot be made to flooring, appliances, cabinets, or granite countertops. If you need assistance with installations or other projects, please book handyman services through the VUE Charlotte app.
