Love the service, neighbors and staff here! Move in was easy and very accommodating. Thus far I have used the gym which was equipped with good quality equipment and was not over crowded and enjoyed coffee with Jada while meeting some of the neighbors. Of course the view is incredible! The social event on the 50th floor lounge was really nice! A great way to meet more neighbors.

Overall The Vue is still the best. I do believe management needs to continue to look for ways to improve as it seems you always do. An area several residents would like to see is the health center. Updated equipment and a survey to see what isn’t being used and what would be better used.

We really enjoy living at the VUE. The amenities are amazing - and bar nights/sunsets on the 59th floor can't be beat. Accessible to everything Uptown has to offer and easy on/off the highway. The only thing preventing the 5 stars is it seems the elevator issues continue and are ongoing.

I real pleasure to live here at The Vue! It is wonderfully and centrally located in walking distance of Truist baseball field, Carolina Panther, and the basketball arena. Responses to work orders are fast, the Staff is friendly and professional, the amenities are special especially the free Peleton membership and Barista cafe, and the view from the 50th floor is spectacular. I would not want to live anywhere else. And let's get the snack machine in a more convenient place for residents.

Have live at the Vue over 5 years now. Great place with a community feeling. Pool days during the Summer are fun and relaxing. Saturday's can be a little busy but that is how it is when you live at a place with a pool this big. the Bar on 50 is also great for a weekend drink .

I just moved in. The location cannot be better situated in vibrant uptown. This is what urban living is supposed to be all about. Great restaurants, nearby cultural events, and a density of things to do and see in walking distance. It seems at times that all of us that live here were hand selected. Most of us, we match and get along. We create our own family as neighbors. I would suggest to get our grills fixed. In the summer time it can get a bit irritating.

I like my studio apartment. Some things could be better but overall I like it. I think the best thing is that I feel safe in this building. The amenities are nice. I think maybe the only downside I can tell so far is the trash situation is kind of difficult to recycle.

Solid construction units with excellent property management. Love the barista for our weekday caffeine fix and social hour. The sky lounge can't be beat for cocktails and chatting with fellow residents. Really appreciate all of the events the property management team arranges. All said, it is a real community.

I think it's a great place to live and a great community. The staff, especially the concierge, are amazing and very helpful. I feel some amenities could use a facelift (E.g., the grills were just replaced and are falling apart, the gym is missing some weights and there is a water leak when it rains. And leasing could be better at resolving some issues that arise, although in the and things get figured out.

My experience at the Vue: Move-in was easy but paperwork was never filed so for a few weeks I didn’t get package notifications and they wouldn’t deliver food to me. Also when I went to pick up said packages I was told that I wasn’t in their system. Not the end of the world but not great. Amenities are great (except for basketball hoops, need to be replaced).

The apartments are larger than most in the uptown area. The views are spectacular from our place and even more so from the 50th floor skybar. The concierge staff is always upbeat and ready to help with any problems. The amenities are plentiful to the point that many I don't really use them all. Overall, I am very pleased that we've decided to make the Vue our home.

Really happy to be in The VUE. Unfortunately upon move in, the keys were not ready as promised, no second parking pass, but the leasing staff and especially the team at the concierge desk went out of their way to help. Most importantly, the Concierge, (Mark & Johnny) were more than accommodating to help us with “borrowing” the service elevator to move our big stuff up to the apartment. Big Kudos to the two of them as well as the others.

I have enjoyed the amenities so much! The coffee each morning, using the golf simulator, multiple gyms, the pool, and the 50th floor lounge has been amazing! I also have loved getting a discount at Corkscrew! My dog loves how it is such a dog friendly building and gets to meet so many other dogs each day.

The vue concierge staff made my stay exceptional. Their hospitality and professionalism is above and beyond expectation. Unfortunately, with Covid I didn’t have full vue experience with the amenities and I have to admit the managing company went out of their way to build a community while in compliance with Covid new rules. I love being here and they made me feel home away from my New York home.

Love love the VUE! The best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I’ve moved around a lot. We have lived here for almost 4 years and we finally bought a house, but we are going to be VERY sad when we have to move out. The amenities and service are unparalleled here in Charlotte.

Really good staff that is always willing to help. Mantenance staff seems to always be busy but takes up to much elevator time from residence. Conciege is my favorite.

We’ve only been here one year, but we renewed and still love it. Glad we selected this complex over some of the others that we looked at. Concierge service is top notch. All in all, it is great for us.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if there was a way to keep the pool clean of glass, for obvious reasons. The light bulb situation is ridiculous, I buy the ceiling fan lights to replace myself but then the crazy bathroom lights, kitchen lights, LED lights would be a good option.

The Vue is an amazing place to live, I love living here and getting to experience uptown Charlotte. Location is everything and the concierge service is amazing. It was a pretty easy choice to sign another year here!

I love living at The Vue. With all of the changes in everyone's lives due to COVID, The Vue really helped bring some normalcy back into our lives by bringing in live bands, virtual happy hours, etc. My one and only complaint is the noise from neighbors but you will experience that with really any apartment complex.

We love, love, LOVE living at The Vue, and we freely tell everyone we meet that this is THE place to live in Charlotte. There isn't a single unpleasant employee - every NR person we come in contact with goes beyond our expectations, every single encounter. Can't beat that, right?? Maintenance is spectacular, response time on EVERYTHING is incredible, entire building is sparkling clean and beautifully maintained, and the apartments themselves are gorgeous. After 2 years, we plan to live here forever!

What I love most about the Vue is how friendly the residents and staff are. The loft style of apartments are unique and modern with a floorplan better than standard apartments. The amenities are great, especially the large junior olympic pool and 50th floor sky lounge.

Great office staff, Briana, Lauren and the rest of the office staff do an awesome job to make you feel valued. The maintenance team is a little slow but they get to it eventually. There are a few leakages in the parking garage that create puddles every time it rains( 🤢). The dog park is not policed hence there is often, dog waste and pee all over the place hence causing a stench On 7th level parking; but overall it’s an amazing community that puts the needs of its resident first.

First-class accommodations with the best amenities in uptown Charlotte. Spacious, luxury living spaces with a variety of finishes and floorpans to choose from--if you can find availability! The gym, yoga room, pool, outdoor kitchen area, and penthouse lounge are highlights. The leasing staff are true experts; ask for Mark!

I moved from NY. The building managing company is the best company I have dealt with, I lived in an apt in NYC. The Conceirge and leasing office attend to service ticket promptly. Having 24/7 Conceirge and security System make me feel safe. The amenities are superior. Additionally, enforcing healthy measures and having extra cleaning all day allows me to relax knowing that my health is important to them. The best decision is being at the vue
